Hungarian Coffee Morning
September 28, 2018 is the Day of the Hungarian Coffee Morning program. The Light of My Eye Foundation asks coffee lovers to support the operation of the first Hungarian child hospice, the Dóri House, on this day with the price of a coffee.
Those who participate in this program only have to drink a coffee or eat a cookie and put their donation in the money box. This could happen on a morning meeting so the meeting already produced a good result. We can gather long-lost friends and acquaintances around a table or offer milk coffee to students in schools so they drink less energy drinks. We can invite people from the neighborhood so daily seen unknown people become acquaintances. The possibilities are unlimited, we are open to any ideas.
We are looking for those enthusiastic coffee lovers who cook, pour and offer it so basically organize these coffee séances! We are also looking for people who bake the cakes, muffins, pancakes and other snacks we serve besides coffee. This community building coffee drinking will be filling as well for just a 200, 500 or 1000 Forints donation!
We are happy to help you with invitation cards, poster designs, flyer samples - and lots of encouragement - to ensure the program's success. In return, please hand over the collected donatons to the Light of My Eye Foundation as discussed. This can be done through bank transfer, postay payment or in person.
You can apply by filling out the application form!
The poster can be downloaded here.
